Ho’ākeolapono is on a mission to strengthen Kauai’s workforce economy by empowering individuals who seek experience and opportunity within the construction industry. ABOUT OUR PROGRAM
At the heart of our mission is a student-centered approach. We prioritize equipping our students with the knowledge, skills, intuition, and discipline necessary to excel in their careers. Beyond technical proficiency, we emphasize the importance of critical thinking, enabling our students to become problem-solvers and innovators in the workplace. By shaping their minds to think critically, we empower them to have a lasting impact and a strong presence in the workforce, prepared to tackle challenges and deliver results.
DEVELOPING LIFE CHANGING DECISIONS
Over the years, we’ve served over 200 individuals from diverse backgrounds, offering programs focused on personal and professional development. Our kupuna program provides holistic care and support to Hawaiian elders, enhancing their well-being and fostering a sense of community. This commitment has led to increased purpose, connectedness, and overall well-being among countless kupuna.
